01What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work at all; others help us understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage, and this policy covers those too.
02Strictly necessary cookies
These are required to run the service and cannot be switched off. They are set because you asked for something — signing in, for example — so they do not require consent.

03Analytics cookies
These tell us which pages people read and where they give up, so we can improve the site. They are only set after you accept. Decline and no analytics script is loaded at all.

04What we don't use
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, we do not run retargeting pixels, and we do not share cookie data with advertising networks.
05Changing your choice
Your choice is stored for 12 months. You can change it whenever you like:
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you being able to sign in.
Honouring a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends one, we treat it as a decline and do not load analytics.
